The floor plan is what attracted us, but the information you gave to us when we first met was a decision-making day.  You were the only contractor who suggested we look at other homes CR was building, in the area, while we were there.  They were under different phases of construction.  So, since we were not going to be able to get to the site during construction we would be familiar with your work.  You were also the only company to offer a list of customers to call on to see how they felt about your work.  During construction, you and some of your subcontractors kept us informed of the progress.  The house has felt like home from the minute we walked into it.  My mom moved with us and she said it felt like home right away to her.  Considering she has lived in her home area all of her life, that is quite a compliment. 

We want to thank you for all the help you gave us in our move to Nevada.  You were always able to answer our questions and explain any new developments.  I guess working with someone who has a faith ethic is why we were so happy.  It is very refreshing in this day of selfishness to do business with an honest company.  Thank You!

Let me tell you why we chose CR Homes to be our builder.  When our family moved to Pahrump we knew little about the community.  Charlene & Randy went above and beyond to help us find everything from a geat day care provider to a beautifully located lot.  Charlene even took up her personal time to figure out how our home would be positioned with a pool on several lots, so we could better decide which lot would best suit us.  Now, it is easy to explain how exciting it is to start to build a home.  But, as the process begins, it can become stressful at best.  Charlene and Randy did so much to ease the stress.  They provided an apartment while the home was being built, found great choices for a lender and became personal friends.
